You've seen the advertisements that say things like "the cheapest airfare to Las Vegas with the cheapest hotel packages available anywhere, bar none." The biggest mistake that many travelers to Las Vegas make is booking their entire trip with a company that advertises this type of arrangement. There are so many huge scams out there nowadays, particularly in the travel industry, and the Las Vegas destination has become a hot spot for some of the shadiest travel deals around. Cheap airfare to Las Vegas is a good thing, but you'll want to be extra careful when buying the package deals.
