Airfare Deals are EVERYWHERE right now! How do I know…?
Well, I have an airfare search alert set up on Kayak.com to notify me whenever roundtrip airfare is discovered anywhere for less than $100. Right now, Kayak.com is showing less than $100 roundtrip airfare to Las Vegas for June and December of 2010. If you want to go to Vegas in either of those months, then airfare-now.com says book it NOW!
Besides the regular, obvious reasons to visit Vegas, there are some neat events that occur in both of the months I mentioned above. In June, there’s an annual exposition of trucks, at the Las Vegas Convention. I hear its very cool and even includes a truck beauty contest. And in December, it’s the National Finals Rodeo which takes place the first week of December every year.
Airfare rates are terrific for either of these events, but remember that hotels get booked way in advance and dinner reservations can be scarce - especially at steak houses!
Here’s what my research discovered about the NFR event in December…
It’s 10 days worth of bareback riding, roping, steer wrestling, etc. at UNLV’s Thomas & Mack Center (just off the Vegas Strip). With slot machines galore, free drink service, and the best airfare deals in ages, it’s the perfect place to experience your first rodeo. So book your airfare and your NFR tickets 2010 quickly!
