If you're looking for discount airfare now, you want to believe that the websites you're searching (Hotwire, Priceline, etc.) are displaying the cheapest flights. Unfortunately, online discount airfare sites can only provide you with choices from the products and services that they have available.

Kayak is NOT an online travel AGENT but rather an online travel SEARCH ENGINE. I use Kayak frequently and have been very satisfied with this search engine.
I prefer Fly.com because they cover more companies and typically provide lower fares.
